What to include
For a correction, the page address and the sentence you mean. Please don't send full phone numbers that belong to other people unless the question depends on them.
How fast we reply
I read every message myself and usually reply within a few days. Corrections go first. This is a small site run by one editor, so holidays can slow things down.
Privacy requests
Choose "Privacy request" as the topic and say what you are asking for. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Questions we get, and the short reply
"Who owns this number?"
We can't tell you. The digits don't hold that information. The checker shows facts about the area code, and the safest check is the company's own website.
"Can you trace or block a call?"
No. We aren't a carrier. Blocking happens on your phone, and scams go to reportfraud.ftc.gov.
"I lost money to a scam."
Call your card issuer or bank first and then report it. We are not a law firm and we can't recover money.
"A guide has a mistake."
Tell me which page and which line. I'll check it against the source, fix it and change the date.
